We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, even assisting us in crossing the road in the bustling traffic. The location is perfect, as it is close to the markets and within walking distance of the famous Ben Thanh market. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the staff provided a turn down service with mints each evening. The showers had great water temperature and pressure, ensuring a refreshing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and the night market nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the porter to the front desk. They ensured a smooth check-in and offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city streets. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with incredible views of the city.
The staff could have been more accommodating, but overall, the service was satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and value for money.

Lovely big reception, cool in the heat, friendly and helpful staff, sales desk for day trips, good breakfast selection, helpful with transport and restaurant suggestions.
